Cloaking via change of variables for second order quasi-linear elliptic differential equations
Résumé
The present paper introduces and treats the cloaking via change of variables in the framework of quasi-linear elliptic partial differential operators belonging to the class of Leray-Lions (cf. [14]). We show how a regular near-cloak can be obtained using an admissible (nonsingular) change of variables and we prove that the singular change-of variable-based scheme achieve perfect cloaking in any dimension d ≥ 2. We thus generalize previous results (cf. [7], [11]) obtained in the context of electric impedance tomography formulated by a linear differential operator in divergence form.
