XMCDA 3 : XMCDA history, benefits of XMCDA 3, implementations (Java, R, Python)

Résumé

In this presentation we recall the main reasons why a new version was needed for XMCDA, and the work that has been done until the XMCDA v3 is released. We then present all its benefits, and the new Java reference library which has been developped to support both the XMCDA v3, and XMCDA v2 as well to support the transtional period. We conclude by a demonstration on how it is used to develop algorithmic components (software) that can inter-operate with each other in the Decision Deck Web-Services & diviz eco-system, especially by using the new software skeleton generator based on the XMCDA 3 reference library for the languages Java, Python and R.
