InAs/InP quantum-dash based lasers : impact of differential gain on optical feedback tolerance

Résumé

Optical feedback tolerance of InAs/InP quantum-dash based lasers is thoroughly investigated on several different structures. We show that the relevant significant parameter to explain the onset of coherence collapse for this material system is the differential gain
