Résumé

This talk aims to present a brief overview of wave-based resonant microsensors and associated platforms studied at IMS Bordeaux Laboratory (Integration: from Material to Systems) in the group ONDES (Waves). Among them, Surface Acoustic Wave or SAW-based devices have been studied as highly sensitive and real-time chemical or biochemical devices for a large spectrum of environmental and health related sensing applications. We will also discuss recent developments with microtransducers based on other resonant phenomena: flexible imprinted radio-frequency devices, as well as polymer optical microring resonators which will be looked at in more details. Together with new topics on the development of wireless solutions for micro-energy, this leads us to perspectives in wireless sensing networks.
