Résumé

Partner selection is a crucial problem in sustainable supply chain management in which it is essential to integrate a triple bottom line approach in order to ensure a corporate social responsibility. In general, this partner can be a supplier or a third-party reverse logistics provider (3PRLP). However, research works that consider a trade-off between social, environmental and economic criteria for both supplier and 3PRL provider selection are rather limited until now. This work deals with this issue and presents a conceptual analysis of the actual researches in 3PRL provider and supplier selection regarding criteria, methods and triple bottom line (TBL) approach (economic, environmental, and social aspects). A set of key criteria for selecting sustainable partner is proposed based on extensive literature review.
