Evaluation of Localized 2D-MRS (Correlation and J-Resolved) methods with respect to quantification purposes
Résumé
2D Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (2D-MRS) has proved to improve the detection and quantification of metabolite in vivo at medium clinical field [1,2]. Various 2D-MRS methods can be applied and this work evaluates, for COSY and J-resolved like sequences, important characteristics with respect to model-based quantification purposes, namely signal to noise ratio (SNR) -for similar acquisition time- and Cramér Rao lower bounds (CRLB).
