Urbanization of information systems : an outdated method?

Résumé

The urbanization of Information Systems has been a widely employed method for years. But changes in the organization of enterprises are currently challenging it. Moreover, some of its original assumptions derived from the urban-ization of cities are also questioned. In this context, this article exposes how the urbanization can be renewed by inspiring from the new city planning trends, and move from a function-based urbanization to a flow-based urbanization
