Issues in Modeling Cardiac Optical Mapping Measurements
Résumé
Optical mapping allows to visualize cardiac action potentials (AP) on cardiac tissue surfaces by uorescence using voltage-sensitive dyes. So far, the surface measurements are directly related to surface AP. In a previous study was developed a method to reconstruct three-dimensional depolarization front: the main idea was to solve an inverse problem using the experimental measures on the surfaces. Although the method was very accurate on in silico data, it showed diculties to recover real optical mapping measurements. Here we describe the dierent directions we followed to improve the results.
