Résumé
The Woippy-Mannheim rail service between the french SNCF and the german DB Group is the last attempt to built an European Transport Scheme based on a cooperative principle between historical players in the freight industry. This economically viable and efficient system has been nevertheless condemned by the Common Market Rule and the development of new strategy in an European perspective. One of the many failures of a bilateral cooperation in the European Railway Industry Temporary Invention that introduced a paradigm Shift in Crossing the Border by Rail Duplication of the Hub system by incomplete Scheme.
