Radiation Response of OFDR Distributed Sensors Based on Microstructured Pure Silica Optical Fibers

Résumé

OFDR-based radiation tolerant sensors are tested during irradiation up to 100kGy level to investigate potentialities of microstructured optical fibers. Rayleigh based sensors radiation responses reveal promising performances for their employment in harsh environment.
