              <p>Heat transfer in fully developed turbulent flow of power-law fluid in a cylindrical stationary pipe is investigated numerically by the use of large eddy simulation for various power law indices a Reynolds number Re = 4000. Many statistics are estimated (mean velocity and temperature profiles, rms of fluctuating variables, Reynolds shear stress, turbulent heat fluxes, friction factor and Nusselt number).</p>

              <p>Les transferts de chaleur dans l'écoulement forcé turbulent pleinement développé d'un fluide d'Ostwald de Waele dans une conduite cylindrique, chauffée avec une densité de flux de chaleur uniforme, sont déterminés par simulation numérique à grande échelle, pour différentes valeurs de l'indice d'écoulement n et un nombre de Reynolds Re = 4000. Diverses quantités statistiques sont estimées (profils de vitesse et de température moyens, rms des fluctuations, tension de Reynolds, flux de chaleur turbulents, coefficients de frottement et du nombre de Nusselt).
