A Highly Sensitive Glucose Electrode Using Glucose Oxidase Collagen Film

Résumé

Industrially reconstituted collagen films have shown excellent prop¬ erties for (3-D-glucose oxidase couplirg. Associated with a platinum anode for amperometric detection of hydrogen peroxide, these ei zymatic films form a very simple and easy to handle glucose electrode ; this device presents a very high sersitivity (ca. io~8 M) givirg resporses proportional to glucose concentration over 5 orders of magnitude.
