              <p>Chiral N-heterocyclic carbenes are good ligands for the copper-catalyzed conjugate addition of dialkylzinc reagents to various Michael acceptors. With as little as 4% of chiral ligand, the enantioselectivity may reach 93% on cycloheptenone.</p>
