Near-field optical imaging of plasmonic devices using heterodyne optical feedback on Er doped DFB fiber laser

Résumé

Near field Scanning Optical Microscopy using heterodyne optical feedback on Er-doped DFB fiber laser at =1.55µm is investigated for optical characterizations of plasmonic waveguides.
