Structuration of ionic liquids in a poly(butylene-adipate-co-terephthalate) matrix: its influence on the water vapour permeability and mechanical properties

Résumé

The use of new building blocks based on phosphonium ionic liquids to develop polymeric materials combining a structuration on the nanoscale with the dramatic water vapour permeability and mechanical properties has been successfully investigated for the first time in a biopolymer matrix.
