By using low-permittivity substrates, both the attenuation and the bandwidth can be improved. An ultra-broad bandwidth up to 77 GHz could be obtained with the BCB polymer as substrate in thin film on low-resistivity silicon wafers. %G English %2 https://hal.science/hal-01007438/document %2 https://hal.science/hal-01007438/file/MEGD.pdf %L hal-01007438 %U https://hal.science/hal-01007438 %~ UNIV-NANTES %~ CNRS %~ EC-NANTES %~ IETR %~ UNAM %~ GEM %~ UR1-MATH-STIC %~ UR1-UFR-ISTIC %~ IETR-CUTE %~ IETR-ADH %~ UR1-MATH-NUM %~ IREENA %~ NANTES-UNIVERSITE %~ UNIV-NANTES-AV2022 %~ NU-CENTRALE
