Fullerene Graphs and Some Relevant Graph Invariants
Résumé
Fullerene graphs are cubic planar graphs with only pentagonal and hexagonal faces. They are used to capture the structure of fullerene molecules. We discuss several graph invariants used as stability predictors, such as diameter, bipartite edge frustration, independence number, the smallest eigenvalue, the number of perfect matchings and stability number.
