Spectroscopie proche-IR résolue en temps, spatiale et spectrale: réalisation d'un système pour la mesure de l'activité cérébrale chez l'homme
Résumé
Medical imaging is a powerful tool for the investigation of cerebral physiology and physiopathology. optical imaging can produce relevant contrasts but when used in vivo, non-invasively and at the tissues scale it is still limited by the strong light scattering properties of biological tissues. This article shows that a new approach celled time-resolved, spectral and spatial optical tomography can measure very weak signal linked with cerebral activity. In particuler the article describes the development of a new experimental set up to study neurovascular coupling in humans.
