Proposition of an organisational resilience assessment framework dedicated to railway traffic management

Abstract

This paper aims describing a process dedicated to the development of safety performance indicators for railway socio-technical processes. Indicators definition process is based on a resilience engineering background. Three sections structure the papers. First one is related to the description of the Resilience analysis Grid (RAG). Second one is dedicated to the assessment framework developed within the train departure process context. Last part is related to the description and discussion of preliminary results.
