Robust assembly of dendrimers as an active redox-sensing monolayer: an example of oxo-anion sensing.

Résumé

Redox-active dendrimer electrodes have been prepared based on click chemistry. The presented approach allows the introduction of numerous different functional groups using the same dendrimeric platform (see figure). Special sensing properties are provided to the electrode that could locally be read by using local electrochemical methods such as scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM).
