Common Mode Conducted EMI in Electric Vehicle Drive Systems: Inverter and Rotor Wounded Synchronous Machine Modeling

Résumé

Basically the reliability of electronic systems is a major constraint depending on the electromagnetic interference levels. Vehicle builders are clearly concerned by electromagnetic compatibility studies and especially for electrical drive systems in which embedded power electronics converters are used and must be correctly designed. A real synthesis of the major disturbance sources of such equipments are pointed out in this article and specific models of motor drives systems are highlighted.
