Une approche transdisciplinaire et systémique pour favoriser le changement dans l'entreprise

Résumé

At the request of a company faced to the need of thinking about its own identity and its business processes, we achieve a diagnosis with the aim of characterizing the encountered problems and possible solutions. This diagnosis was carried out within a global project for the improvement of the process of customer satisfaction. We proposed a transdisciplinaire approach combining two points of view resulting from management sciences and from industrial engineering. The resulting systemic vision made it possible to requalify the needs expressed by the company. The approach thus was based on mixed interviews, the achievement of an enriched analysis compared to traditional mono-disciplinary approachs. Finally conclusions were in opposition with the beliefs to the managers in charge of the company. This work has been very instructive for the company as well as for the two researchers.
