Performance des organisations transversales hospitalières : Proposition d'un outil d'évaluation du capital immatériel des équipes mobiles de gériatrie
Abstract
This article provides a tool for the evaluation of the intangible capital (IC) of particular hospital organizations, the Mobile Geriatrics Teams (MGTs). The findings draw on action research involving the 14 MGTs as well as some hospitals and health and social care institutions in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The new prospective Balanced Scorecard widens the organisational learning scope of the traditional balanced scorecards as it includes the core value of IC. This scorecard also includes the benefits brought by the relational and organizational capitals to customers (callers) and internal processes.
Cet article propose un outil d'évaluation du capital immatériel (CI) d'organisations hospitalières singulières, les équipes mobiles de gériatrie (EMG). Les résultats présentés sont issus d'une recherche intervention effectuée auprès des 14 EMG, d'hôpitaux et d'institutions médico-sociales de la région Midi-Pyrénées. Elle a abouti à la proposition d'un tableau de bord prospectif enrichissant l'axe apprentissage organisationnel du Balanced Scorecard utilisé par les équipes grâce à la prise en compte de la valeur intrinsèque du CI. Ce tableau de bord intègre également l'apport des dimensions capital relationnel et capital organisationnel aux axes clients (appelants) et processus internes.
