Behavioral study of second order sigma delta using SI and S2I techniques

Résumé

In this paper we present a comparison for the modelisation of Sigma Delta modulators using switched current SI and S2I techniques. In this work we compare the behavioural study of modulators, taking account the charge injection problem in MOS switches of SI and S2I techniques. The idea consists of determined a model for every cell memory SI and S2I, these two models are implemented on MATLAB software to analyse the distortion on modulator output spectrum and to analyse the effect of different levels of errors.
