              <p>L'assemblage entre l'acier bas carbone DC04 non galvanisé ou revêtu d'une couche de zinc d'épaisseur de 10 µm, et l'alliage d'aluminium 6016-T4 sous forme de tôles de 1 mm d'épaisseur a été étudié par les procédés laser et TIG. Deux types d'interaction sont mises en oeuvre : (1) entre l'acier liquide et l'aluminium liquide et (2) entre l'acier solide et l'aluminium liquide. Le soudage laser en mode de capillaire de vapeur induit la formation de cordons de composition chimique hétérogène, et à condition de contrôler précisément la dilution acier/aluminium, il est possible d'obtenir des résistances mécaniques de 150 N.mm-1. L'assemblage par mouillage réactif laser ou TIG conduit à la formation de couches de réactions intermétalliques Fe2Al5 d'épaisseur maximale de 20 µm. A condition d'obtenir des couches de réaction de largeur suffisamment élevée pour la configuration utilisée, clin ou transparence, on obtient des résistances mécaniques de 180 N.mm-1 à 240 N.mm-1 en sollicitation de traction.</p>
