            <abstract xml:lang="en">
              <p>We have developed a full-field optical coherence microscopy system providing spectroscopic information with ultra-high spatial resolution in addition to intensity-based images. Local measurements of the shift of the backscattered light spectrum are achieved by short-time Fourier analysis of a stack of en-face interferometric images acquired with a Linnik-type microscope. The intensity images are calculated using a phase-shifting method. Using a halogen lamp as illumination source enables us to achieve spectroscopic imaging over a wavelength range from 600 to 900 nm and to achieve axial resolution of ~ 0.8 µm in tissues. Potential applications in the biomedical field are demonstrated by imaging an ex-vivo Xenopus Laevis tadpole.</p>
