Millimeter-Wave Photonic Up-Conversion Based on a 55GHz Quantum Dashed Mode-Locked Laser

Résumé

A photonic architecture for the up-conversion of a typical millimetre-wave 802.15.3c OFDM signal is experimentally demonstrated. The system is based on a 55 GHz mode-locked laser.
