L'importance du genre Acacia L. (Mimosaceae) pour la végétation du secteur soudanien du Burkina Faso
Résumé
Acacia species play a significantly smaller role in the vegetation of the Sudanian zone than in the Sahelian region. There is no single widespread vegetation type which is either dominated or characterized by Acacias. The species A. macrostachva is relatively widespread and occurs in the majority of savannah vegetation types. A. dudgeoni, A. gourmaensis, A. hockii, and A. seval are less widespread but dominate certain types of savannah vegetation.
