            <abstract xml:lang="fr">
              <p>Dans l’optique de développement d’un dispositif sensible pour la détection de biomolécules, une méthodologiefondée sur l’évolution de la rhéologie d’une interface argon/eau est proposée. La déformation par des ondescapillaires d’une interface contaminée, apparaît comme un moyen idéal d’identifier son module d’élasticité etsa tension de surface. Les grandeurs d’intérêt que sont le nombre d’onde complexe et la fréquence d’agitationsont obtenues par l’intermédiaire d’une technique optique permettant la détermination précise de la géométrie del’interface. Ces deux grandeurs ainsi qu’un modèle mathématique reposant sur une relation de dispersion sontutilisés conjointement afin d’identifier la rhéologie dilatationnelle de l’interface. La méthodologie est validéeen utilisant l’acide palmitique comme surfactant.</p>
