Behavioural modeling of micro-batteries for Self Powered Micro Systems

Résumé

In this paper, we will introduce a methodology for modelling micro batteries. This methodology will be used in the design of Self-Powered Micro Systems. We will mention the different effects that influence the characteristics of batteries, specially the effects of temperature and current. The proposed model is empiric; it depends on experimental data provided by battery's manufacturer. We used a hardware description language (HDL) to implement our model.
