Abstract

This paper presents a printed reflectarray with dual-polarization capabilities. The array element is a square patch loaded with crossed slots. Both the size of the patch and that of the slots are used to control the reflected phase. Simulated and measured results are given for a 437-elements breadboard with 0.7λ0 inter-element spacing. The performance of the concept is also demonstrated for smaller array lattice.
