Tilted fiber bragg gratings for label-free biosensing
Résumé
We present fibre-optic-based biosensors for the specific detection of biological species. Three methods for immobilization of biomolecules at the sensor surface have been investigated using Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and anti-BSA as model biospecific pair.
